Linear Reference Measure Tool

The Linear Reference Measure tool displays the linear reference offset measure and geographic coordinates for the selected point along a linear element on the map.

Linear reference measures are provided for each linear network element at the selected location.

Linear Reference Measure

Select a position on the map along a linear element; this opens a dialog that displays the linear reference coordinates for the selected point. The click location will appear as a pin on the map.

Note that the Preferred LRM is highlighted in bold type. The preferred LRM is the Group type that the system defaults to as the its 'preferred' Linear Referencing Method.
